Our Services - What We Inspect

Purchasing a home is an exciting,    yet stressful investment.  We, along with your real estate agent, highly recommend an inspection before investing in any real estate purchase. Being educated regarding the property's overall condition, hidden damages, potential repair costs and overall functionality of your new property will help protect your investment.

Infrared Certified

We utilize the latest technology during your inspection, including thermal imaging cameras.  Thermal imaging is used to assist in potentially detecting areas that could be problems difficult to detect with the naked eye, including electrical, moisture issues, heating/air condition leaks, and more.

Manufactured/Mobile Home:

Manufactured & mobile homes are a wonderful choice by so many here in Florida.  However, they have their own unique aspects and are built differently than a home on a foundation.  For example, a mobile home's floors typically overhang the I-beams but there is no structural support for the overhang.  There can be piling damage under the home, floor sagging, roof damage, moisture damage, and wall separation just to name a few.  As such, it is just as important to have a manufactured or mobile home inspected as you would with any other home.  Orgova Home Inspections is also InterNACHI Mobile Home certified to detect any concerns so that you can be confident in your purchase.
