					SECOND REVIEWAfter walking away from our first home based on Orgova’s inspection, we trusted them again on the next property—and they delivered once more.They completed the inspection quickly and, just like before, it was incredibly thorough. This home was in much better shape overall, but Orgova still identified a number of minor issues along with a few more significant ones we’ll need to address.Using their report, we negotiated with the seller (a bank) and asked for an $8,000 price reduction to cover repairs. The bank came back with a $5,900 reduction—which is a big win on a $38,900 purchase that wouldn't have happened without Nancy & Gregg and their company Orgova. Thank you so much.Orgova continues to prove their value every step of the way.
